Music Producer, Hermy B of BHit's Music Group has come forward to say that Kenyan music producer, Robert Kamanzi aka RKay stole elements from the Kidum & Lady Jay Dee's “Nitafanya” song previously recorded by him. According to Hermy B, the song was re-recorded by R-Kay but he still used his beats without his permission.
Hermy B found out after watching the music video of "Nitafanya" that was launched by TV stations in Tanzania. The music video has RKay's "Stolen Beats" version instead of Hermy B's original version. We don't know if Hermy B has filed a lawsuit against the Kenyan music producer.

hii nyimbo ametengeneza kwenye studio ya hermy. Hii nyimbo ilikuwa recorded, engineered na additional instruments, mixed and mastered by Hermy. Sasa sijui wewe hapo juu unasema nini. hii yote nikuharibu kazi ya mtu mwingine, hapa kidum amefanya makosa, kama angetaka basi he should have talked to hermy b to change it!
